MONDAY 3RD SEPTEMBER

Kat struggles with her growing feelings for her lover, but before she can think about what to do, Alfie announces that The Vic has an infestation.

Forced to spend time away from Alfie, Kat tries to resist her lover's charms - but can she?

Ian is finally starting to feel like part of the family again, but a setback makes him realise he may not be as ready to go back to his normal routine as he first thought.

it's the first day of school for Oscar and Dennis. While Tanya and Sharon try to make sure the boys make a good first impression, they fail to listen to their own advice as they throw insults at each other.

TUESDAY 4TH SEPTEMBER

Shirley continues on a downward spiral, but despite Phil's determination to get her back, she is convinced that his only concern is for her to not reveal his secret.

Later, when Shirley finds herself in a dangerous situation, will anyone be there to help her?

Kat panics when she realises she has left a piece of evidence that could reveal her affair, but will Alfie find it before she can retrieve it?

 Ian is determined to prove to himself and his family that they can rely on him. However, when the pressure starts to mount, he finds help from an unlikely neighbour.

THURSDAY 6TH SEPTEMBER

A drunken Shirley is shocked when a familiar face arrives in Walford, but will she get the help she so desperately needs?

 Michael's strange behaviour sends Janine's paranoia into overdrive - especially when she discovers a cheque stub for £20,000. What is he up to?

Elsewhere, Jack hatches an idea to spend more time with Sharon, but his plan backfires as he receives a telling off when he over-steps the mark.

FRIDAY 7TH SEPTEMBER

Shirley battles with her demons as a face from the past forces her to rethink whether she can forgive and forget whilst living in Walford.

Sharon and Jack frantically search the Square when Dennis disappears, and are grateful when help arrives from an unexpected place.

Kat decides to make a fresh start for her and her family, but will it turn out to be as easy as she had hoped?

oh PLEASE gawwwd ... don't let it be Derek ... BUT I still think Kat's having the affair with Antony or Tyler ... maybe even Billy? WHY Billy? ... cause I think most people discount him ...

MONDAY 10TH SEPTEMBER

With the promise of a fresh start ahead, Janine is in a positive frame of mind and planning for the future - but will she return to her scheming self when she realises that Michael isn’t being honest with her?

In an attempt to appease Alice, Derek finds a creative way to apologise to Ian for his unpleasant behaviour towards Lucy.

A guilt-ridden Kat bins the key to the bedsit but when Jean obliviously returns it to the bar, will Kat be able to resist temptation?

TUESDAY 11TH SEPTEMBER

t's a close call for Kat, as overnight antics and a delivery of flowers almost expose her secret, but how long before Alfie discovers the truth about his deceitful wife?

The Branning brothers recover from their night astray, and with Michael also making excuses for his absence, one of them is in the frame to be Kat’s secret lover.

Ray is left feeling outraged and humiliated when he is questioned by a police officer: can Kim help him channel his negativity?

THURSDAY 13TH SEPTEMBER

Michael is unsettled by Janine's sudden desire to give him everything he wants. But is he willing to play along with her games?

As Kat’s guilt intensifies she decides to focus on her marriage, but her change in behaviour sets alarm bells ringing for Alfie.

Lucy becomes annoyed when she realises that Ian has taken the afternoon off - but how will she feel when she works out where he has gone?

Alfie is shocked when he learns the truth about Kat’s affair. Is there any hope left at all for their marriage?

Pushed to breaking point, Janine feels she has no option but to offer Michael an ultimatum - but what will he do?

MONDAY 17TH SEPTEMBER

Michael is desperate not to have his private life broadcast around Walford but with Billy as his right hand man, it doesn’t take long before his news spreads, which leads to further problems…

It is not just Michael who is fretting, as Zainab and Masood become alarmed when they realise the difficulties Tamwar has got himself into.

Max walks in to find Tanya trying on a wedding dress, which forces him to finally make a decision.

TUESDAY 18TH SEPTEMBER

Billy is caught off guard when the new social worker makes an unannounced visit, forcing him to keep up appearances.

Meanwhile, Sharon and Jack's date takes an unexpected turn, leading to a promising future.

Elsewhere, when Syed uses the excuse of his mother's sensitivities to delay the date of his wedding, Christian takes matters into his own hands.

THURSDAY 20TH SEPTEMBER 

Phil hits rock bottom as he deals with his family falling apart. Will words from an old friend persuade him to fight for what he still has?

Meanwhile, with pressure from Michael to pay his debt, Ian decides there is no option but to sell off the family silver.

Elsewhere, to provide for Lexi and to keep the social worker off her back, Lola ropes Jay in to a business idea to make some money - but at what cost?

Also today, Christian and Syed set a date for their civil partnership, but as Zainab interferes with the wedding plans, Syed has troubles of his own.

FRIDAY 21ST SEPTEMBER

Syed’s financial difficulties continue to spiral out of control and after another unsuccessful afternoon trying to sell his stock, he is faced with a moral dilemma.

Lola completes her last day of community service but it is not long before she finds herself in trouble with authority.

Playing Joey at his own game, Derek builds a bond with Tyler but will Tyler go along with Derek’s plans?

Monday 24th September

After receiving some bad news, Phil throws himself into sorting out The Vic, desperate to take his mind off things. However, with constant reminders of what he has lost everywhere he turns, Phil calls on an old friend to help him run the pub.

Lola is determined her new business venture will be a success - but at what cost?

Syed is wretched with guilt at betraying his family but rather than admit the truth he ends up letting someone else take the blame.

Tuesday 25th September

Masood just can’t shake the feeling that something is not right with Syed, and he decides to take matters into his own hands - but will his discovery reassure him or make things worse?

Michael continues to struggle juggling work and being a single parent, but he soon finds help from an unlikely source.

Sharon makes a decision to bury her demons but will locking them away work?

Thursday 27th September

Joey continues to resist his dad sharing any part of his life. However, when Derek reminds him of some of the fun times the family had, something clicks in Joey and it's clear he really is his father's son.

Syed continues to stress about the situation he has got himself into and with no one to confide in, he finds himself getting advice from a stranger, city boy Danny.

Friday 30th September

Roxy is shocked when she feels the wrath of Michael, but her anger soon turns to concern when he admits what he is really feeling.

Christian can see Syed is under a considerable amount of strain - but little does he know, that as he is trying to surprise Syed with a night off, Syed's mind is not just on his financial woes.
